Owner & Manager, Electric Vehicle Mall, Clearwater, FL. Established an internet business and a local dealership promoting and selling new "green" electric motorcycles, mopeds, bikes and scooters. This involved heavy promotion and marketing of these products nationally as well as locally; design, development and maintenance of a sophisticated webstore, automated internet back office as well as a physical office with a sophisticated phone system to route calls to the correct departments; design of a showroom, service and repair facility; development of the knowledge base and tools as well as training and supervision of personnel to answer product questions, close sales, and trouble-shoot customer issues over the phone; and training and supervision of personnel to provide local service and repairs.

Owner & Manager, iTotalHealth, Clearwater, FL. Established an internet business promoting and selling health products nationally and internationally. This involved incorporation of the business, setting up merchant accounts, designing and coding several e-commerce enabled web sites (e.g., www.itotalhealth.com), marketing on Google and Yahoo, and developing and integrating a back-office system for completely automated fraud protection, credit card acceptance, banking transactions, and shipping of products from a contracted fulfillment center. |

Deputy General Manager, New Jersey Motor Vehicle Inspection Program. Provided supervision of senior staff for this seven-year 400 million dollar privatized program for the State of New Jersey. Oversaw the execution of all major contract deliverables and their reports. This included the construction of new motor vehicle inspection lanes across the State of New Jersey, the development, testing, delivery and installation of a state-of-the-art fully computerized and networked motor vehicle inspection system (software controlled equipment, data retrieval and reporting), as well as a $3 million public relations campaign on TV, radio and newspaper media. Instituted senior staff production conferences at the beginning of each day, written daily action plans, and the use statistical graphs to track production. Ordered and managed the planning, hiring and training of over 1,000 personnel for the annual inspection of 2.5 million motor vehicles. |

Senior Program Manager, U.S. Air Force Training Contract. Took over the management of this contract after the first two program managers had been fired by the client. Brought project expenditures under control, increased productivity, and elevated client confidence to the point that the client added monies to the contract for an additional two years of work, and subsequently issued a new contract for three more years of work. The work included the development of an interactive multimedia course on the implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) which won praise at all levels of the Air Force and from the President’s Council on Environmental Quality. |

Senior Program Manager, California Automotive Emission Control Parts Program. Took over the management of this 1.5-million dollar program at a time when the program had numerous complaints reaching the client and California legislators. Reorganized it into a smoothly-running operation, reducing complaints to near zero. |

Senior Program Manager, Air Toxics. Pioneered a major and continuing new business for Parsons of providing responses to California's Air Toxics Information and Assessment Act. Completed emission inventory reports, computer modeled health risk assessments, and permit applications for a wide range of industries and facilities. |
